Fattoria Pieve a Salti

This whole-wheat chickpea flour was great for making a "farinata" with zucchini (second 📸).

In addition to being integral, it is also organic and without additives. This raises the Yuka score that I reported in the last 📸. The nutritional values are excellent!

All in all it seems to me an excellent product and buy it again.
