Tofu with vegetables al Casa Quimera — Recensione di Ginevra (13 ago 2022)

At the restaurant there was only one vegan dish (olive hummus) but the cook was very nice to offer to prepare a vegan dish for me. However, this tofu was Suuuper salty (i think they used rose salt from Hymalaya) and the veggies... they could have created sonething more original hahah
