caponata al 357 Pizza and Food — Recensione di Linda (7 ago 2022)

This caponata is made only with eggplants, onions, olives, some celery and raisins ( I am used to ones with zucchini and peppers too). It was a bit cold but truly delicious. It is served with a bread of choice among the schiacciata (pizza bread) and the gnocco fritto (small pieces of deep fried pizza dough). I chose the latter and it was quite difficult to finish everything.
