This tiny bite of coffee cake that is left in this photo accurately represents how much I loved it. I couldn’t even be bothered to nap a photo before eating it. This bakery is a woman owned, all vegan and gluten free bakery and it is BOMB! The baked items that I’ve tried have al been soft, moist and with just the right amount of sweetness. I’ll start with reviewing the coffee cake but there will be more to come!
