I found this a great, filling & tasty pie; you can certainly taste the ale flavouring, & there's a good balance of chunk vs sauce . The pastry is (I think steamed) so dense, rather than say flakey (as the Pukka pies tend to be).
Other than the price - RRP £4.30, I can't fault it. Fortunately my friend picked up 2 @ £1 each, & enjoyed with a good selection of veg.
