Wouldn’t normally buy this as I normally get plain tofu that I can flavour or season however, but couldn’t resist since it was reduced.
The marinade is tasty but the flavour doesn’t really permeate the tofu, so it’s only the outside bits that get the flavour.
Nice enough though, I pan fried the whole block then cubed it and added to a noodle salad.
