Absolutely loved this hearty bowl from grain traders, I loved the concept of customisations and I immediately knew I wanted the jackfruit as the centre piece of my bowl.

I chose a colourful variety of veggies and nuts, with a quinoa base that’s under this heap of nutrition. You also get to choose your own sauces to help add some flavour to this bowl.
