Paccheri al forno con polpettine di melanzane alla siciliana al Cavoli Nostri — Recensione di lisastripiti (23 lug 2022)

On paper, this dish was very interesting.
The presentation was perfect and fun to eat as each pacchero had a filling.
However the taste was flat. The umami part was missing while it was particularly sweet.
I was disappointed as it could have been a 10 but in the end was only 6.
(On the positive note, I now want to try to make my own homemade version!)
