I am not a fan of garlic. (As seen in my previous post) but this garlic and herb soft cheese really convinced me otherwise.
I think the herbs helped :) Taste wise great, nutritional wise missing proteins, and not the healthiest in fats but that's okay, they tried making a convincing vegan fresh cheese option and did great. 🌟
