my dad bought this for me :) i was a little skeptical at first, it came in a vacuum sealed bag and when i opened it it came out as a thick block but after breaking it apart with forks it was okay. anyhow, i put it in a wrap with some avocado and veggies and it was pretty good! no issue w the texture or flavour but i didn't try it on its own
