Lemon Icebox Pie and Strawberrry Cheesecake Scoops al Off Track Ice Cream — Recensione di lilyycaroline (21 lug 2022)

Celebrated with some ice cream today! I tried out the 2 seasonal summer flavors, which both sounded amazing: Lemon Icebox Pie 🍋 and Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl 🍓 ! I love lemon and fruity berry flavors so I was definitely excited about these! Both were tasty, creamy, and full of the promised mix-ins! The lemon had big chunks of shortbread cookie and lemon curd swirls, which was great, though the ice cream base tasted a little more coconut-y than I’d like. The strawberry was filled with a cream cheese swirl! I wish it also had bigger pieces of strawberry, but that’s ok! Overall, I really enjoy and appreciate the super creative flavors and options that Off Track has, as well as their generous portions and the fact that everything is made in-house! One of the best ice cream shops in my opinion!
