INCREDIBLE! Best vegan meal I’ve had in a while. As satisfying as it is huge!
Inside: Rice, beans, roasted butternut, mushrooms. Vegan cheese on top.
Only complaint is that I asked for mildly spicy (after having 4 jalapeño chili-poppers) and it wasn’t spicy in the slightest.
