Paccheri Bolognese Vegana al La Cantina by iaia Cristina — Recensione di Imogen (16 lug 2022)

One of two vegan pasta dishes on the menu, tagliatelle style pasta with a soy based bolognese. It tasted fine, but could have done with more flavour (herbs etc.). Thankfully the almond parmesan was there too, and I used the whole portion. €13.50.
