As omnivore I've never been a Speck lover, but this product convinced me. Texture almost the same, amazing taste and in a sandwich can't almost be distinguished from original one. Low in fat and rich in Omega 6 and proteins. For sure is much better than "Taste bresaola" of same brand. I would work on the packaging avoiding that much plastic.
