Cereal Tofu (Vegan) al Mother Earth Vegetarian — Recensione di xinru-t (12 lug 2022)

Tender tofu in light and crispy batter tossed in cereal bits, not greasy at all! The menu dish name also claims to use multigrain cereal. Happy this is vegan by default as most places use egg and dairy. Personally found the cereal a bit on the sweet side though, would have preferred the curry leaves and chilli to be more prominent in flavour.
