Not a jackfruit fan but this was decent. Made a bbq sandwich with so delicious American cheese. Fast and easy meal. Just not sold on jackfruit in general

Jackfruit is extremely underutilized in proportion to its global potential, for lack of connection between growers and the international marketplace.
