Franchesina al Noshi Coffee — Recensione di mamartix (7 lug 2022)

Franchesina vegan/ vegetarian (the choice is between vegan or normal cheese). Great way to recreate a typical portuguese dish! It’s made with focaccia bread, vegan cheese / cheese, pulled jackfruit, mushrooms and sauce of the house (like tomato sauce). The flavour is great and tasty, it remainds me of an italian lasagna (but with bread) I appreciate the vegan choice in this restaurant 👌top
