Or at least I think that’s the name of this dish. I #abillionhacks’d it by stealing a couple bites from my friend. It’s fiery and #spicy as expected but it feels lacking. Apparently on the last day they swapped their regular #sambal paste for a sweeter one. I actually think that would’ve fit better cause #meekolok, usually paired with char siew, just longs for some sweetness in it. This just didn’t cut it 🍜
