Finally got to go to a restaurant I’ve been dreaming of dining at: ABCV in New York!!

Brought my vegetarian/vegan family with me here, and we had the best dining experience.

Easily the BEST dish, the whole roasted cauliflower is anything but boring- it’s the f**king star of the show! This was the agreed upon family favorite of the spread we shared, absolutely incredible. You must try this!!
