Santa Fe Hash al Wayward Vegan Cafe — Recensione di renfield (25 giu 2022)

Yummy! From the menu: “Our signature seasoned tofu scrambled with chorizo, home fries, corn and black beans. Drizzled with enchilada sauce and creamy cheddar cheese and garnished with green onions! Served with toast.*can be made gluten free if specified.”
The cheeze sauce got less good as it cooled off, but all the other flavors and textures were delicious throughout. The enchilada sauce was mild, but melded well with all the other ingredients. I’d get this again (as I would almost everything else on the menu!)
