This product is designed to help with hair strength during pregnancy and postpartum. It has all the essential vitamins and more for pregnancy and postpartum. I have a lot of hair and I was worried about hair loss after my babies were born and I do believe this product helped a lot with keeping my hair strong. I did not experience hair loss after any of my pregnancies.
