Mashed Potatoes

Nothing compares to real mashed potatoes, but it takes me ages to clean and cut and boil potatoes, so these are really handy when I just want mashed potatoes quickly. I've also used these to thicken soups/stews, and in a cheater cream of potato soup. Yum!
