Good to have on hand because they are quite versatile. I am on a mission to use up the food I have in the house before going grocery shopping. Came across some tortillas so I grabbed a can of black beans and mixed these in. Obviously they are great for nachos, tacos, sandwiches. They do have a bit of kick to them They'll bite you back.
