This is my new favorite tempeh, but it's not really 5 grain. It's 2 grain, 2 seed and one legume (rice, millet, sesame, sunflower and soybean). I kept it simple by just sautéing in olive oil and tossing with coconut aminos before adding to my rice bowl. Delicious!
