Vegan Amatriciana al Rifugio Romano — Recensione di lifesupportx (16 giu 2022)

I got the vegan amatriciana and it was honestly very good. I believe they used seitan strips instead of the original meat and they were perfectly seasoned. The tomato sauce blended very well with the vegan parmigiano on top. For dessert I ordered a normal chocolate dessert with a caramel sauce on top and granules of nuts. It was very moist and good😊
