I really liked the taste of the frosting but I thought the ration of frosting to cake was too high. The cake was very good also, just felt like there wasn’t enough of it compared to how much frosting there was. Would order again if I was specifically craving a carrot cake. Overall it was better than many vegan carrot cakes I have had.
