I’m a sampler so I super appreciate when places offer half sizes of menu items - this Beyond Brat was the perfect portion to try with my mom + sis!! While I’m not really a saus’ge person, couldn’t beat the chance to at least support root!! Tasted like you would hope ~ a huge, juicy (1/2) beyond bratwurst on a fresh hoagie roll with a little squirt of ketchup on top ~ not anything too over the top but sometimes, simple is best! 🌭 #lancastervegfest #saveveganrestaurants
