Claudia (Without Cheese) al Spizza — Recensione di tabs (5 giu 2022)

Their pizzas all have pretty female names Haha! Claudia is one of them and she has super unique with VERY chunky ingredients.
Love there is sufficient and varied veggies!! Courgette, Bell peppers, aubergines, artichokes, mushrooms. It was a bit of a struggle though as ingredients don’t necessarily stay on pizza and fall off but you kinda get to just pick out the ones you want haha. Pizza wouldnt be sliced well so you most definitely need a plate, a fork/knife, or pizza sliced, or just deal w the necessary mess when eating 🙃
this place also lets you customise your own ingredients! There is even the option of wholemeal dough.

The pizza base bread is pretty thin, but can be a little dry, so though I pretty much cleared the entire 10inch on my own cos #carbsforlife & #pig, I was needed quite a bit of water. Also there may have been more salt that I Realized cos was still downing a lot of water hours after eating 🙊
