Last minute got this GF Tapioca Pudding for my mom cause it’s her fave and we both loved it!! We’re fans of coconut so the strong-ish coconut mylk taste was really nice (and kinda preferred over plain vanilla tapioca to be honest) plus the mini mango chunks on top add a really fresh flavor addition! Also, the cute, tiny parfait size is the perfect meal-ending / sweet pick-me-up!! 🥥🥭 #saveveganrestaurants
