You might think it will be easy to eat vegan at Indian restaurant… but nope 🤷‍♀️ everything is covered in clarified butter. They prepare most of curry sauces ahead of time so modifications can’t always be made. Anyways, we’ve been told that jelfrexi is ghee free 🙌 It was tasty and fresh. Not the Indian I remember from uk but pretty descent. Nice change for a pizza right ? 😅 #hr
