Vegan chorizo!!!! Cilantro taqueria has make your own bowl/burrito/taco with plenty of vegan options (tofu, veggies, sofritas, chorizo), just make sure to get the white rice, not Mexican. Super tasty, and tons of great and unique toppings (like habanero pickled red onion).
