I LOVE curry dishes! This ready-to-eat option is perfect to take to work. And, it is very good! The only issue for me is that the sodium content is higher than I prefer and can tolerate. I add little to no salt to my food. I love lentils so having it part of this dish makes me happy! I’m happy there are more and more vegan options available in my grocery store freezer. I will always have one in my freezer.
