Kasespatzle mit Rostzwiebeln al Venuss — Recensione di csquaree (14 mag 2022)

Another traditional Austrian dish recommended. It’s a little like Mac and cheese(?) to me, with the garlic topping and it’s pretty good. But not something I’ll have often 😅 good to try! The noodles/pasta is also a little different, and it reminds me of the Hungarian cabbage noodles I had (not in terms of taste, just the pasta and how it’s shaped so uniquely).
