I love the Simply Asia noodle bowls. This one is my absolute favorite - I buy it by the case on Amazon! I wish they had less sugar and sodium added, but they are a good quick economical meal. I usually add one or two thinly sliced mushrooms, green onions, and sometimes red pepper before cooking, to add additional flavor and veggie content!
