I love this flavor of Post Great Grains cereal, not all flavors are vegan so you have to check the label. This one is Raisins, Dates and Pecans. I add a few spoonfuls of Silk vanilla Yogurt and some sliced strawberries for a mid day snack or even a healthy dessert!
