Shiitake Mushroom with Potato al Soil to Soul 土生花 — Recensione di moosewong (8 mag 2022)

I could not for the life of me envision what this dish was from the description, and turns out it's mashed potatoes, but more wet and crystallized, on top of mushrooms. Quite an interesting dish but not really worth the price and the taste is just mostly mushroom.
