My friend got this in Canada and we used it as a heavy cream alternative for a tomato-basil soup and let me tell you it was amazing. I had doubts but I was in the wrong cause this worked like a charm and tasted great.
(Also if anybody can tell me if this is sold in the US/where to find it that would be GREATLY appreciated)
