Review of Carbonara at Utopia Vegan & Italian restaurant by chloslo

Everyone in Nice STOP what you’re doing and make a reservation at Utopia - you will NOT be disappointed! Tia and I just had one of the most amazing vegan meals and this carbonara was just perfection! Al denté rigatoni tossed in a creamy, cheezy sauce and topped with pieces of crispy, smokey tofu to mimic pancetta (I think?). The vegan Parmesan was also otherworldly! Never thought I’d have carbonara, but Utopia made a dream come true tonight!
