This was really fresh and flavorful. It isn’t vegan by default (comes with queso), so you need to specify.

It is made with spring mix and shredded romaine, jalapeño-cilantro vinaigrette, roasted corn, black beans, tomatoes, red onions, crispy corn tortilla strips, pickled red onions, chipotle drizzle, and sliced avocado. 🥑

I wish they’d use compostable containers, instead of plastic.

I would definitely order this again!
