Classic coconut milk is always good to add to curry. I appreciate that it is organic, but, I have used other brands of organic coconut milk that doesn’t have gum added to thicken it. I would still prefer one without any thickener.
The original price S$7.40. I wouldn’t have bought it. It was way too expensive. Hubby bought it at 50% discount, which I felt to be a more reasonable price to pay.
