Review of Duck Hor Fun at Green Bliss Habitat by xinru-t
Loved the braised mushroom stems which had a naturally 'meaty' fibrous texture and was very flavourful, reminiscent of braised duck/pork from my childhood! However I would say the noodles resembled kway chap rather than hor fun, since it did not have wok hey and was in a light broth. ($5.80)
