No mayonnaise with eggs can surpass in taste this veganaise.
I suggest you make a "vinaigrette crémeuse" with 2 Tbs (or according to your needs) of "original" Earth Island Veganaise with a little white balsamic vinegar, fine herbes and pepper. Pour on top of your favorite lettuce and tell me about it!
