A quite substantial loaf of mixed veg, oats, barley, lentils, beans & herbs etc. & barely any ultraprocessed gak (tasty as that often is).
Probably enough for ~4 very reasonable dinner portions, more if you bulk up with 'the trimmings'.
RRP £2, which seems reasonable value too, say compared to most ultraprocessed mock meats.
Though I got mine substantially reduced I'd consider buying at full price (if I could ever find them other than on the reduced shelf!).
