As you can see… We’ve got ourselves another office re-plating situation. I feel bad about ordering takeout but work’s been swamped 😵💫 *sighs* I often don’t have the energy on a Monday to prepare a lunchbox.
Honestly, this was my first time encountering a dish from this stall that I don’t love so much. Also, this dish originally has bean sprouts that I asked to omit (I eat them, I just don’t like them in my fried kueh tiaw). Not unlike their kolok mee, this is on the more sweet style. To which, I am no fan of. So this is actually still a great dish all around. I simply couldn’t enjoy it personally because it wasn’t savoury enough. It must be the natural sweetness drawn from the cabbage juices of frying. I’ve always liked it more charred too.
I know their a small vendor and more naturally inclined towards using low cost packaging like plastic. But at least, we still see a good culture of bringing your own containers to takeaway.
RM 8.90 on Grab so it may be RM 8 dining in. Still not bad because the portion is more than generous 👏😊
I think yes! It should be tried! But it’s more for those who don’t want so much char 👌
