A “healthier” nugget, Appreciate that real whole food ingredients (lentils, flaxseed) went into making this and even when baked instead of fried, it still has a sufficiently crispy exterior that feels like batter. Comes with garlic cashew aioli if you want additional flavour to the Smokey spices within nugget itself. Peace of mind eating this cos of ingredient and a non-meat (mashed bean-y) texture but overall wasn’t impressed by this dish though :/
