Tried this first as it was small and #snack sized which is good for hikes. Glad it didn't really taste too much like 'sausage' as I never really enjoyed eating sausages before I went vegan. It's got a mild flavour, not too airy. Good to try a sausage snack that doesn't need to be cooked.
