I'm gonna review a #cookingclass that I did in Chiang Mai last weekend ☺️ That's legit, surely? The recipes are omnivorous by default, but it's a slick operation and they can adjust for a range of diets including the standard vegetarian/vegan ones 🙂

This is an excellent way to spend an evening. The space is open, charming, and at one with the local environment. You start off by going to the garden to pick up some of the ingredients that you'll use in the kitchen. The host/instructor Mo is a professional chef with a special passion for sharing the local food culture with others. I was in good hands 😌

We did four dishes over four hours: a deep-fried #springroll, a #padkrapow (basil stir-fry), a #khaosoi curry, and a #somtum #papaya #salad. Frankly the best part was the eating at the end of everything ☺️ Because you're making it yourself you can tailor the flavour to your own liking. There's also a printed recipe booklet for people like me who'll forget steps overnight 😬
