This is an #abillionhacks review as I have had this dish, but Alexis swapped in some gyoza with the same veg mix because more customers arrived than expected that night! All were crispy and piping hot, and delicious as ever. #locallysourced veg right from the garden viewed from the table. 22,50€ 5-course tasting menu that changes weekly.
