One of two vegan offerings. This dish was tasty and generous - a whole aubergine, beautifully grilled and tossed in a salad of baby spinach leaves, perfectly blanched broccoli, marinated chickpeas and pickled red onions topped with roasted almonds and a delicious mango curry dressing. Definitely worth visiting again and again. #wholefoods #veganwholefood
