Mint Fondant with Dark Chocolate

I’m definitely a chocolate fan so I’m always trying various vegan chocolate in pursuit of that chocolate fix. This is one of my favourite so far, it’s very creamy, not too dark (some can be quite bitter) and it’s super chunky. Really yum
